Tucked within one of Fort Worth’s most upscale shopping districts lies this Thai place that immediately draws you in with its inviting ambiance and warm, attentive service. While the culinary experience was largely enjoyable, a few subtle flaws held it back from being exceptional. The Panang curry, though flavorful, leaned more toward sweetness than the balance of sweet and spicy & the tofu was slightly overcooked. Similarly, the chicken satay arrived a touch too charred, affecting its otherwise pleasant taste. That said, the dishes still reflected quality and care, and while I’ve had more refined versions of these elsewhere, this place still holds its own with grace. The portion sizes were on the modest side, but the overall experience is a solid 4 out of 5. I would gladly recommend it to those seeking Thai meal in an elegant setting with great service.

I ordered beef Vietnamese noodle soup from Uber eats so I cannot speak on the atmosphere. The food came hot and packaged very well. Portion was a good size. I felt I got a lot of food for a small order. Pho tasted great! Will definitely order again.

We have been 2x and both were delicious. The food tastes like it was made fresh. My favorite appetizer has been the meatballs (more like meat flats). Every single rice and pasta dish has been amazing. The service is both times was kind and attentive. I love that they have a baby menu. I got my 6 month old some avocado slices Definitely one of my favorite spots. It's affordable too. My husband and I went during happy hour. We got an appetizer, 2 adult beverages and 2 meals for $55 including tip. It was a little bit more when we went for dinner. Our meals ranged from $17-$20 each.

If you love fusion with a twist, Malai Kitchen at The Shops at Clearfork in Fort Worth is a must-visit! This Thai and Vietnamese fusion restaurant really surprised us—in the best way. Hubby and I stopped in on a whim, and now it’s officially on our favorites list. We both tried their specialty dishes and they did not disappoint. I ordered the Red Curry Icelandic Cod—oven-roasted cod smothered in scratch-made red curry sauce over wok-seared veggies and jasmine rice. It was packed with flavor, and the cod was so soft it flaked apart with every bite. Chef’s kiss. Hubby had the Peanut-Encrusted Ruby Trout —a 10 oz filet topped with lemon-tomato coconut sauce, served with green curry rice and a citrus street salad. He absolutely loved every bite. Our server Meagan was amazing—super sweet and attentive. She even brought out a complimentary starter of sticky rice with an eggplant dipping sauce (like their version of “bread service”) and y’all, you just have to try it. It’s sooooo good. I also grabbed a Thai tea—perfectly made, not too sweet, just right. And since you know I couldn’t leave without dessert, we took home their Coconut Cream Pie—a scratch-made pie with a coconut macaroon crust, coconut custard, fresh meringue, tamarind-caramel drizzle, and topped with house-made coconut gelato and sliced mango. When I say this dessert is straight fire, I mean it. We’ll definitely be back to try some more food!

Absolutely loved this spot! The main entree was SO good but the star of the show? Definitely the mango sticky rice! I will be thinking about that for the next few months. Service was fast and everyone was so friendly. 9/10 will definitely be coming back

Service was great! I have to say the food was pretty good too! We ordered quite a bit but didn’t get photos of everything. The roti was great! Wish it was 2 for $5 rather than just one for that size but oh well. The drunken noodles were very good! Heavy on the garlic so if that’s your thing then this is great for you. The curry and rice noodles were a great order as well and definitely took some home for later. Got a mango sticky rice for dessert and that was absolutely delectable. Great overall experience. I do recommend trying a mocktail as well from this location. Again I wish I got more photos because almost everything was aesthetically pleasing and worth the photo.

We’ve been wanting to try this place. First off, the restaurant is kept very clean and all of the staff are very attentive to your table even if you already have a waiter/waitress assigned, so I love the teamwork. My boyfriend ordered the medium spiced Pad Kee Mow with chicken and it was really yummy and flavorful, but a little too spicy for my liking. The noodles were good and had the perfect chew to it and our waitress said they make it in house, so that was nice. I ordered their Pad Thai which also had great flavor, but it didn’t taste like the traditional pad Thai. You can taste the flavor of it being cooked on the wok and the pickled bean sprouts gave a different twist to the dish. That’s the pink and yellow toppings on the dish. Again, it’s not something I’m used to with my pad Thai, so that seemed like a creative take on it. What I feel it was lacking was the tamarind flavor, which is the signature flavor of Pad Thai, so I was a little disappointed on that. Overall, a pretty nice Thai place to visit.

I ordered pickup from Malai Kitchen for my work team, and everyone was blown away! The food was packaged perfectly, still hot and fresh by the time we sat down to eat. Every dish was flavorful, generous in portion, and beautifully made. My team couldn’t stop talking about how good everything tasted. Pickup was smooth and on time, and the staff was friendly and professional. Malai Kitchen made me look like a hero at work—definitely will be ordering again!
